Who We Are
Eagleview Construction is a full-service design & build home renovation contractor based in the Kitchener-Waterloo area.
With over a decade of experience in high-quality home renovations, we’ve perfected our Signature Process, which allows us to complete our projects on-time and on-budget. From the very first design consultation right through to the final walk-through, our team is honest and transparent and guides our clients through each decision as if it is their own home.
Eagleview Construction has extensive experience with both contemporary builds and preserving the character of century old homes. We recognize that each project is unique, both from a design and needs perspective, which is why we love what we do! We work closely with our clients to ensure that the final product is exactly what they’ve envisioned!

Iain Kent
Co-Founder & Sales Manager

Iain is our fearless leader! He’s inspired by the strong, long-lasting relationships that he builds with our clients. These relationships are based on his honest and transparent approach to the renovation process and ensuring that the quality and craftmanship is what he’d expect in his own home. He’s immensely proud of Eagleview Construction team and all of their professional accomplishments. Fun fact, Iain is surprisingly good at holding the plank position, we invite you to challenge him!

Ben Wingelaar
Co-Founder & Site Supervisor

Ben is a second-generation Carpenter and can literally build anything! He has nearly two decades of experience and is inspired by teaching his juniors the tricks of the trade and watching them excel. He is brilliant with complex structural framing and is well-versed in trouble shooting issues that arise while renovating century-old homes. In his spare time, he enjoys completing projects around his own home and hiking. While he would never admit it, he’s also surprisingly good at bowling!

Jordan Holmes
General Manager

Jordan is the glue that holds all of our departments together! She works tirelessly to ensure that our clients’ renovation experience is as stress-free as possible. She’s focused on closing our projects on time and on budget, which is quite the challenge with recent COVID related delays. With over 5 years of Project Management experience, she is well versed in all aspects of construction and is happy to take the time to teach our clients the technical side. In her spare time Jordan bakes amazing artisan bread and enjoys sky diving (wowsa!).

Jackie Artinian
Designer

Jackie has an eye for design like no other! With over 15 years of experience in Interior Design. She is passionate about creating spaces that are functional, comfortable, and that feel beautiful. She takes pride in helping our clients through both the design and build process. You may not have guessed it, but Jackie is also savvy with power tools and wouldn’t be afraid to work on site if the opportunity presented itself! First and foremost, Jackie is a wife and mother and soaks up every moment with her beautiful family.

Jeff Baronette
Production Manager

Jeff is a man of few words, but you might catch him singing away while he works! With over 15 years of construction experience, he is a veteran in the field and is focused on delivering the best possible product to our clients. He is an incredible leader who sees the value in taking the time to teach his juniors along the way. Jeff is a family man; nothing means more to him than his wife and two beautiful boys. Oh, and he’s really good at board games too!

Brenna Granger
Designer

Brenna is enthusiastic about generating unique floor plans and creative ideas that clients' have a hard time visualizing. With 10 years experience, she is a pro at turning concepts into visually stunning and functional designs. Outside of work, Brenna enjoys soccer, golf and spending time with her son and dogs, and is constantly renovating her home with her carpenter hubby. Oh, and she might have a slight addiction to Ice Caps!

Kaylee Cleghorn
Site Supervisor

Kaylee is passionate about always learning new skills! She brings a fresh approach to carpentry and is extremely detailed in her work. She is an incredible leader; she sees the value in slowing down and teaching others the “how” and “why” of new technical skills. If you bump into Kaylee on-site, she is always happy to walk you through what she’s working on and answer your questions. You may also recognize Kaylee and she was on the cover of Ontario Home Builder magazine for the Women in Trades issue!

Emily Culumovic
Project Manager

Emily loves architecture, design, problem solving, and working with other people which led her to a career in the construction industry. Emily has 8+ years of experience in construction project management on energy, commercial, and residential projects. Outside of work, she spend lots of time with her husband, black labrador shepherd mix Bauer, friends, and family. Emily loves to travel, read, and drink wine in good company.

Brady Morris
Pre-Construction Director

With 23 years of experience in the construction industry, Brady’s journey began as a Grade 11 co-op student working with a custom home builder, inspired by a love of carpentry. Over the years, he has taken on roles as a carpenter, project manager, sales professional, corporate director, and entrepreneur, successfully building and growing his own business for 15 years before pursuing new challenges.
oday, Brady uses his broad experience to help property owners maximize their property’s potential while fostering growth and success in the business. While he enjoys bringing projects to life, his true passion is building strong teams and creating opportunities for others.
Outside of work, Brady enjoys fishing, hunting, and 4-wheeling with his two sons. He and his wife, Nikki, love traveling, dreaming about the future, and sharing laughs about their adventures.
