Why Design First?
It all starts with a plan. All renovations are complex and it can be difficult to ensure that your vision aligns with what we as the contractor understand to be the project. That’s why before we can provide you an estimate of the cost, we always begin with design—to remove any mystery. Some contractors will provide upfront estimates without even visiting your home. We prefer to put the cart behind the horse and make sure we get it right. Design allows everyone to understand what is being proposed and how it will be achieved, which is how we can be confident that your project will actually come in on time and on budget.
